There are many ways to get involved in Girl Power Hour. Become a member or sponsor, donate a venue, apply for an internship, donate swag or door prizes, or, learn how to donate your time as a volunteer or mentor. Of course, one of the best ways to get involved is simply to attend the next Girl Power Hour event!
We are looking for women eager to make a difference in the world of networking and are currently accepting applications for our Volunteer Program. Volunteers have the opportunity to experience Girl Power Hour from behind the scenes, act as ambassadors for an exciting brand, lend logistic support, aid in event execution and participate in other GPH projects and development. If you are interested in getting more information about how to become part of our volunteer team, please let us know.
Supporting and empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs and business women is important to us. Interns have the opportunity to work closely with the Power Team on various projects and events. The GPH internship program is a comprehensive and hands on experience designed to introduce you to a fast-paced and fun working environment. We work directly with your university for credit, if you so choose. Please contact us for upcoming opportunities.
Our newly appointed program, set to launch in 2nd quarter 2010, will strive to connect the business women in our network to young women looking for career guidance and growth. As a mentor, you will provide young women enhancement on their professional and personal development while helping them achieve lasting relationships. We are looking for mentors in all career fields. If you are interested in applying, please let us know.
All women over the age of 21 are welcome! Girl Power Hour has built its network entirely by grass roots and word-of-mouth marketing. We encourage our attendees to invite all of their best gal pals and any other women who they think would benefit from our events. Help us continue to spread the word!
