*No beer purchase necessary. Sweepstakes begins at 8am PST 11/8/10 and ends 3pm PST 11/27/10. Open to US (except CA) female residents 21+. Enjoy 3 nights/4 days of all-expenses paid fun for two people. Void where prohibited. Sorry, CA law prohibits CA residents from participating in this sweepstakes. No Beer Purchase Necessary. Sweepstakes open to residents of the United States (except California) who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes begins at 8:00:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on November 8, 2010 and ends at 3:00 p.m. PST on November 27, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Internet: Visit www.girlpowerhour.com (“Website”), during the Sweepstakes Period, and follow the online instructions to complete and submit an entry. All entries must be received and recorded during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s designated official judging organization’s computer is the official time keeping device for this sweepstakes. No other forms of entry are valid. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/mobile phone number, regardless of entry method.
ELIGIBILITY:
You must be twenty-one or over to enter and win, and a legal resident currently living in western Washington. Employees and their immediate families of Girl Power Hour, its parent, affiliated companies or GPH bloggers, advertising and promotion agencies, the sponsors and prize donors (collectively, “Sponsors and Administrators”) are not eligible. Only one prize per household, email or street address will be awarded. You may win only one contest every 60 days at Girl Power Hour events and on girlpowerhour.com. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sponsors and Administrators from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing.

In the event that technical or other circumstances compromise this drawing, Girl Power Hour and girlpowerhour.com reserve the right to cancel the contest, and select winners for prizes from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. Neither the sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered entries, telephone calls, email, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this sweepstakes or Website, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate Website’s terms of service, as solely determined by the sponsor, will be disqualified. Neither sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized website access. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Neither sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes. Should any portion of sweepstakes be, in the sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this sweepstakes, or submission of entries, sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes, and randomly select the winners from valid entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the sponsor. Text message entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the registered owner of the wireless number used to enter. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. All materials submitted become the property of Anheuser-Busch, Inc. and will not be returned.
WINNER SELECTION:
Winners will be selected by and voted on by the Girl Power Hour Power Team on or near November 22, 2010 from among all eligible entries, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winners may not substitute or transfer prize but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one (1) prize per person/household/address. Official Rules shall apply and be final. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone. If winners do not respond within two (2) business days of contact, Girl Power Hour reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the names of all entries that did not win a prize. In order to receive a prize, winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and any additional information, waivers and releases that may be required. Winners will have five (5) days to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Liability/Publicity Release, releasing Girl Power Hour and girlpowerhour.com, Sponsors and Administrators from any claims, losses, injuries or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the use or receipt of any prizes. Failure to comply with the foregoing, or the return of any prize as undeliverable, may cause the winner to forfeit their prize and Girl Power Hour and girlpowerhour.com reserve the right to select an alternate winner. Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner’s acceptance of prize will constitute permission for Girl Power Hour and girlpowerhour.com, its affiliated companies, sponsors or prize donors to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for any purpose in reference to the Girl Power Hour and girlpowerhour.com on-line giveaways without additional compensation, consideration or consent.
Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.
By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold sponsor harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance of prize and prize travel, including without limitation, personal injuries.
PRIZES:
Grand Prize (1): Trip for two (2) to Park City, UT for the 2011 Sundance Film Festival. Trip includes round trip coach airfare, standard double occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) consecutive nights, ground transportation, and hospitality/entertainment tickets (TBD at a later time) Travel dates take place January 20, 2011 – January 23, 2010. Winner of trip must act as a GPH on-site correspondent. Winner must agree to tweet live, capture video of event and be willing to be a featured blogger at www.girlpowerhour.com. Event entertainment/tickets are subject to sponsor’s sole discretion, availability and change. Travel dates subject to sponsor’s sole discretion, availability and change. Trip winner and travel guest must book their travel at the same time and must travel on the same itinerary with departure and return out of Seattle (SeaTac). Meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner’s responsibility. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $2,500.00/each. Actual value depends on city/date/time of departure. Winner must accept prize as stated by sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The number of eligible entries received during the entry period determines the odds of winning a prize. Girl Power Hour and girlpowerhour.com reserves the right to change or replace the prize at any time with a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is not transferable, assignable nor redeemable for cash. All Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply. Winners will be responsible for all Federal, State or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of prizes.
