We are thrilled to announce the coaches for “Team Make it Count!” These women are nutritionists and wellness coaches equipped with the tools and philosophies you need to help you understand your habits with food and how to deal with them should you choose to accept the challenge.

These gals know that the key to living a healthy and happy life starts with understanding our relationships with food and why we feel compelled to eat what we eat when we want to eat it instead of eating what we know we should be.

Please welcome Team Make it Count to the Girl Power Hour 30 Day Challenge!

Team Make it Count has been paired with the “Girl” on Team GPH whose lifestyle suits her best:

  • Minh-Hai Tran, Mindful Nutrition – Nutrition counselor, overcoming emotional eating & habits
  • Caryn Lavin, Calorie Inc. – non-calorie counting approach to Nutrition Development/Weight-loss
  • Lara Dalch, Dalch Wellness –  Food & Fitness for Fast People

Caryn Lavin, Owner of Calorie Inc. | Coaching Corrie Westmoreland-Vairo ( Modern Day Maven)

Caryn Laviv is the founder of Calorie Inc., a nutritional consulting firm based in Bellevue, WA. Despite being active, Caryn struggled with being overweight from her teens through to her early twenties. 13 years ago she lost 25 pounds and has kept it off using the simple methods she built around Calorie Inc.  Since then Caryn has been working successfully with clients in the United States and abroad with outstanding results. Caryn understands all the highs and lows, not to mention time, that comes with dieting. As a result of working through her client’s challenges, she has removed the pressure of dieting and instead turned the often mundane role of preparing meals into an enjoyable exploration of new foods that take 10 minutes or less!
